Terms and Conditions of Trade

Minimum Order: £75 ex VAT with £12.00 carriage*

Carriage Paid: £200 ex VAT

*UK Mainland only, for orders outside the UK mainland carriage will be charged at cost. Please enquire for a quote.

All first orders are on a pro forma basis unless approved for Net 30. Pro forma invoices may be paid for by card or bank transfer. Please note that we are not VAT registered.

Lead time: 1-3 weeks from receipt of payment, at busy times of the year and for large orders this might be a little longer. We will always let you know when we confirm your order.

All damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified writing/ email within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods thoroughly within a reasonable time scale. The sales office will advise whether to return the faulty merchandise or to dispose of it.

A photograph will be required.

All good remain the property of Francesca Kemp until fully paid for. We reserve the right to take back any goods not fully paid for, or in the event of liquidation or bankruptcy.

Many don't realise that the designs for my collections (like Fables of the Field) begin as unique, one-of-a-kind textile art created with freehand machine embroidery and watercolours.

From time to time these are available to buy.

Owning an original piece means owning the very beginning of the story that inspired our favourite cards and homewares.
