Shipping policy

All products will be dispatched within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once dispatched please allow 1-4 working days for UK orders, 2 weeks for international.

*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you require urgent delivery, please email me with your order, delivery address and required delivery date. If we can meet the request, I will send you a quote for a fast track delivery.

Please be aware that during peak seasons (Christmas and Mother's Day) both dispatch and delivery times may be extended, so please order promptly. I try to keep my banner at the top of my site up to date on cut off times for delivery and extended waits.

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that every item is in stock permanently, although we do try our very best. If an item is out of stock I will email to advise you of an anticipated delivery date or the option to cancel your order with a full refund.

We dispatch orders Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We do not dispatch orders from 18th December - 1st working Monday in January.
