Returns

We always hope that you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to guide you through the refund or exchange process. 

Products must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your wish for a refund or exchange. Please note, products will need to be returned in their original condition (not used or damaged) and packaging for a refund or exchange to be issued.

Refund payments will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
